NS Management was retained to manage a 100+ unit Homeowners association in the North suburbs. The HOA had serious cash flow problems with uncollected assessments over $20,000. Due to neglect, property taxes on Association-owned parkland areas had gone unpaid for many years and were seriously delinquent. Maintenance services were inconstantly performed leaving homeowners confused and unhappy.

NSM addressed the issues in a systematic manner, working with legal counsel to target the most serious past due amounts. Collections vastly improved and dropped from $20,000+ to $1500 within 18 months and continued to decline. Past due property taxes were brought current and put on a regular payment schedule. New contractors were vetted and selected to address neglected common area maintenance issues. Rules were enforced in a clear and consistent manner resulting in community stability and vastly improved homeowner satisfaction.
